I tried four times and kept getting -

"Signup failed!
Something seems to be wrong, are you sure you entered the right information from your invitation?"

Perhaps cut3ryan will be able to fix this, but at the time of this post, it's not working.

Unfortunately, it's the same here. I double checked everything, but it still gives me the same error message you mentioned. Perhaps those "codes" are no longer valid?
