You are absolutely correct.The servers could be anywhere. I was only giving examples (hints to look for) of the language of the tracker itself.
(I would move to Canada if I could. Music is not illegal to share. It's too fricking cold though!)
There are many others, like -
TNetwork.ath.cx. It is a German tracker (also open, but I didn't like the WOT rating, so didn't join), but sometimes the ath.cx is used for Hungarian sites too.

I normally don't do trackers with under 800 torrents, but this one has already added 20 since I saw it 15 minutes ago.
This is a new tracker from the UK (afaik). They have 788 torrents and are general 0 day.

I think they will do well as long as they have responsible people on staff instead of a bunch of rug rats.

That Bouncey Torrents site is horrible. About the worst layout i've ever seen. Way too many bugs and dumb restrictions. Thanks for mentioning it though!
