    It won't be long before she is brought to task by the industry and her peers, and told not to be obstructionist towards justice. After all, those who share copyright material are the scum of the earth, far worse than murderers, rapists, terrorists and OlegL.

    Someone, somewhere, will complain to someone in authority, and they, in turn, will complain to this judge that they are not best representing the American way, and capitalism (why give it for free, when you can charge for it).
