Who from KLF here would mind adding me to their soulseek lists ?

I have a very small HDD, but I can put albums on this computer for a while for those who want to download them. If it would help, I can whack up a list of all the albums I've got, all my own are ripped at 320kbps, and most of my downloads are 192.

Well, I may sound really selfish, but I'm looking to trade an album, though I'm willing to offer some extras. I'm looking for Ja Rule's new album, or maybe some others, but I can't offer downloads 24 / 7 even though I'd like to.

If there's someone who would like to trade, then please let me know.

creating a list of your CDs that you can rip for others is a great idea

if you go to www.funkycapricorn.com you can view my own, and a few other lists from regulars that share on slsk

I had a quick look at what I have, and here's all the cd's I have out, as in whatever is within arms reach of the computer. They are mostly originals, with a few 1:1 copies from friend's originals, with two or three downloaded copies, that er 192kbps.

I can rip the rest (whatever I haven't already) at 320, VBR, or less. Even OGG if that's the way you swing.

I'll have another look for more later, and add them in. I'll also whip up a quick database with them all listed by name, bitrate, format etc. I'm trying to learn PHP / MySQL, I've finally found an easy project to get me started.

I've also recently discovered that the state library here has some great cd's !! I'm putting them on hold till they next come in to rip them all. B)
