    that's why they have packages for small businesses and home users.

    you can run servers with most business internet packages, but not with home bundles

    do u know if BT Broadband (UK) allow servers or not? and is there a way round this?

    how do i know? but if you can't connect even if you have all the proper settings your isp is probably blocking every p2p traffic available

    go to www.grc.com and do a port scan on your connection line with firewall off and see which ports are blocked by ur isp

    then just switch to those unblocked ports on bt

    but this is only a temp solution, ur isp controls everything and sees everything...

    this is as far as i'll take you, you gotta learn how to do things yourself

    go to proceed, then click on "all service ports", make sure ur firewall/router is off, connect ur computer directly from modem
