Bonus points exchange ceiling:

Formula: (U-Ub*1.5)*2=G
Where:
U is your upload.
Ub is the amount of upload received from seed bonus exchange.
G is the maximum amount of upload you can currently receive in exchange.
1.5 is a carefully chosen constant we had approved by a rabbi. It's kosher too!
