It's okay to use them to log in even if others are using it as well, though.

I've yet to see something like that, probably because Bulgaria wouldn't be an "interesting" location unlike e.g. the US or UK, where a VPN gets you access to Pandora, Hulu, Netflix, Spotify...
You could try asking someone from that country to make an account for you, or if you're feeling lucky, using open HTTP proxies.

there are sites that do not accept registration through an HTTP proxies.
I do not know if this accepted.
