Fx 5200 Good Enough?

yeah so i can stick with my fx5200 at leawst until i leave school and get a decent job and actually get a real card like that latest radeon card that costs like 900 bucks woah!

also wot motherboard would you recommend i upgrade to. i currently have a microstar MS 6367. Theyre shit. only agp x4.

any suggestions?

you don't need anything more than 4x agp for the fx5200

ne body here uses the fx5200 128mb for knights of the old republic? if yes, how does it run....i know a ti4200 can run it med-high setting at 1024x768 really well. but i dont know bout the 5200. so lamsey, u think it wil run?

maybe i am. no, i&#39;m not. lol. but yea, i got kotor last week, and i just got the radeon yesterday. i played kotor on the gfx at high with all the other stuff enabled, and it&#39;s perfect

or in short....does it run all ur games at med-high setting at my max res?

i&#39;ve played ut2k3 at 2000x that other # resolution. works great. i get around 50-70 at least. and that&#39;s with everything on high too.

and no, i&#39;m not advertising. i&#39;m telling the truth to all this. besides, ut2k3 is old and the sys requirements were 32mb vd card. so, u know, there is no way this card won&#39;t run uk2k3.

i never played morrowind, but i&#39;m pretty sure those graphics aren&#39;t anywhere near those of kotor. so u&#39;ll be fine
