Forum Is A Mess

There are too many pinned posts in every category involving forum regulations. I think you ought to create a 'Rules' section, that way the site's tidyness would slightly improve.

In some way i agree (not that it is a mess, it's more an organized chaos ), but i am afraid most people skip that forum and we just have a bigger mess. You probably don't know how many people reply when they are pointed at the pinned "ooh i never saw that".
Btw if it was for some members we need more pinned ones?!

hes right 90% of people think oh i dont wanna read all that so they go straight to the forums start to post but on here they may see it as a pinned post and think hey thats wot i needed to know i will look

Ok, I won't ask no more.
I was thinking backwards: 'pinned' topics are the most important so I check them out first, but ofcourse nobody else does, so we should 'unpin' the important stuff and 'pin' the boring ones, that make much more sense
