Make your own PC. Those mass produced preassmbled computers are really built with cost cutting for the most profit in mind. When you build your own you can choose each part you will end up with and it'll be much better.

Should I buy the computer asssembled in a company like sony?
or should I collect the parts or order a one of my choice? I'm lost
That is an impossible question to answer.

When I was a mechanic, if someone asked "Is it hard to do *insert the task of your choosing here*?", my standard response was always "Not for me it isn't".

I think that assembling a PC from parts is not only easy, but fun.
You may find it baffling and frustrating.

There is no doubt that you can build a better PC for less money than the manufacturers.
Plus, you don't have to pay for all the bundled, crippled software that they will force upon you.

But, if you have doubts, then perhaps your best bet is to have a shop custom build one for you.
My local, little 3-man shop only charges $65 to assemble a custom PC.

There are local shops the assemble PCs for free here as long as you buy the parts from them. Even so, I prefer to assemble them myself.

Indeed, your budget, what you are going to use it for, and what you already have are the main concerns here.
