I had a really good friend like you when I was younger. The guy was just wired to break laws, pull schemes, and dream big. If he could choose two paths with the same exact outcome, he'd choose the one that was shady/illegal every time. The thing was, as his friend, he NEVER ONCE did me wrong. I still admire him for that. He respected friendship regardless of all of his misdeeds.
In fact, one night, we were out drinking heavily and walking. he decided it would be a 'good' idea to smash a car window. He did. the cops arrived soon after, and I got blamed by some dumb eye witnesses. He stepped up- ignoring his felony record, to see that I did not take the wrap for it.
