Looks like it is potentially situated in the Ukraine, so speed may be an issue simply on geography if you're hitting from a different hemisphere.

We added fifth backbone recently, so if article was not found on our servers, we check 5 different backbones additionally - best completion!

It seems this Free Usenet Server has been down for a whole weekend I just have to know what's going on because I purchase the 200GB block account
