Longtime ASTRAWEB Member, forgot password, not getting reset email. Need to switch

Hi Everyone,
I've always found excellent advice from this site.
I forgot my password for ASTRAWEB and am not getting the email showing the password (yes I've checked junk/spam settings). I need to update my credit card information. I can't submit a ticket because I don't have my password.
At this point I'm stuck and am debating switching providers, I am currently paying unlimited $11 a month I'm thinking about using a new email and going with the $8 unlimited from this site?

Can anyone make any good recommendations? Start anew with the $8 or find another provider? Thanks in advance for any replies!
