exactly PS is different of course, its easier in my opinion, but its harder for others. It does pre-suppose you have some knowledge of media techy tools and expressions - which for people like me means a lot of searching for what the hell thay mean.

If it was a serious Q then you cant actually fill with transparant, but you can make a layer "more" transparant.

the picture on the left has a white background but the rest of it is transparent.

its all gone white now its saved as a .jpg not .psp

would a .gif or something else work better?

when i played with scribs dagger avatar thing the background turned darkblue, is that something to do with transparentness?

jpg does not recognize transparencies.

gif & psp do.

IT TURned blue because thats the transparency setting for c-s anything in bright blue is seethrough

if you do advanced options, there should be a thing to turn color "#ffffff" to transparent...did u pick the color there?
