I don't know how many people know about this program but recently i had some Hotbar.com spyware on my computer and couldn't get it off for the life of me. I tried everything... Adaware 6, searching and manually deleting any Hotbar.com related files. I even went to the Hotbar.com site and follow their confusing and pointless directions for removal... but to no avail. Then i ran across Pest Patrol. Got it from the network, updated it from the site and scanned my system. After just doing an Adaware scan Pest Patrol found another 102 files on my system. All spyware (Pest Patrol also scans for Trojan creating type files, hacker tools, etc.)

I did a k-lite board search on Pest Patrol and came across 2 other refrences. I just wanted to let everybody know that might not know yet.
