That would be false on everything positive on Trump on Fox. There is a few anchors on Fox Brett Bair, Chris Wallace, Harris Falkner that are more in the middle, can you say that on CNN?? or MSNBC??
Not sure on the statute of limitations, but it was said that there was none where they lived and yes Ford could have pressed charges, they have funny laws in some states there, and i tried to read on a few sites and depending on where you live in the state, and the circumstances also change..

I also do find that Facts do matter not accusations, and i notice how the news/media is changing, and really facts just don't matter anymore, it is more what sells, funny that most people will say they only reason why CNN is still alive is because of Trump. They do have some good Anchors but they are drowned by the ones that are really biased and let there guests come on and say what they want without correcting there false allegations or agenda, but funny i have seen a few that pushed back on CNN and it flustered them big time...
