How do you go about missing the pinned topics right in the Software Section page.

For all you know, many common questions are answered. Before posting please look at the pinned topics and/or do a Search on the forum.

The two options are useless if the same questions are still asked over and over again.

A .ISO file is a CD Image, an entire CD in one file. Use Nero or your favorite burning program and burn it onto CD. Or if you don't want to burn it, you can open it with the latest version of WinRAR and extract the stuff inside.
