    "Creation of the Sacred" by Walter Burkert.
    ...and that's more than the prolific posters on FST can say, because... well, they're prolific posters on FST.

    Iron Druid Chronicles, but the audio books are fantastic and my preference for this series.

    Napoleon the Great by Andrew Roberts

    If you like fast-paced military history this is a great book about "the greatest man of action since Julius Caesar" (Winston Churchill's opinion of Napoleon). The book brings to light new primary sources which have recently become available. It's a page-turner which I munched through in a few weeks in early 2016 and came away with a very good idea of who Napoleon was.
