Found out when I was getting quote for the house that it is a thing the Church can charge for upkeep if you are in certain radius. They can probably take your goats and stuff too, we have many old laws in the UK to keep lawyers happy in their BMW/AUDIWhat the heck are you talking about

Now i can ask, i assume you have asphalt shingle roof not a clay roof?? Does it make a difference on what you use in a replacement??
A buddy of mine paid a fortune last year and put a steel roof, it has to be insulated really good or if it rains hard you need ear plugs, but it is supposed to last forever..
What would i do?? Think of a deductible, tell the contractor to eat the tax in the price
