Found out when I was getting quote for the house that it is a thing the Church can charge for upkeep if you are in certain radius. They can probably take your goats and stuff too, we have many old laws in the UK to keep lawyers happy in their BMW/AUDI

A buddy of mine paid a fortune last year and put a steel roof, it has to be insulated really good or if it rains hard you need ear plugs, but it is supposed to last forever..

Here they don't give a shit what roof you have, here if you have a fire hydrate closer to your property you get a break, but windows, doors, roofs, they don't give a shit, but if you want to evaluate your house for more, you can, just pay higher premium, Land and where your house is located is a bigger factor here....

Clay/Tile, to me would be the same, here they are pricey as well and do last a long time, it must be pretty old buddy, if you need to replace it??
Surprised they have lead ones, i know lead doesn't rust and easy to bend/mold, but it is a pretty heavy, and not the greatest for the environment

No it is insurance you have to take out when buying a property within a certain radius (think maybe 1 to 3 miles) of a church. Crazy stuff that you don`t even consider until you get old duffers like us
