I brush every morning...but...I tend to get pretty lazy at night though. I have never had fantastic brushing habbits...and yet I have no cavities, while my sister brushes 3 times a day and has had 4. I don't get it.

I'm a toothbrushing fanatic, so toothpaste doesn't last long enough in this house to get gunked up. Seriously, I brush my teeth at least 5 times a day. Anytime my mouth doesn't feel as fresh as I'd like it or my teeth don't feel squeaky clean. I also floss each time and use an antibacterial mouthwash each time.

No, while driving my tractor I chew Arm and Hammer dental gum...
I do carry a toothbrush, mini tube of toothpaste and floss in my purse though.
