Is there any real point in banning. All that achieves is the name being removed. There is nothing stopping that person using a different name to log in.
I realise that sometimes the mods have to do it as the ultimate sanction, however it is pretty much a futile excercise, unless the person themself can actually be banned.

If you would kill somebody or threw someone out without discussion
because he seems to disturbs you, you cannot probably get an impression
of his situation... I mean: sharing thoughts is more interesting than
