I would imagine that with modern surgical procedures it would be entirely pheasable to re-plumb such an individiual so that he could piss out is arse!!!

Given that there is a history of Eunuchs, where slaves had this very procedure carried out. Allied to the fact that modern science can perform the removal of the penis for "sex change" patients, I would be very surprised if a colostomy bag were involved.

I would suspect that some cosmetic surgery, in order to provide a convenient and hygienic method of waste removal would be carried out. On the assumption that the internal parts are all left in proper working order.
