Filmora is an easy software to use

Use Adobe Premiere only, if you want to invest serious time to learn. It is a great tool and the choice for professional work.
For simple work I prefer MS Movie Maker. It seems simple, but is fool-proof and the results are quite good. It still works with win10 and is free.

I would recommend Sony Vegas Pro 17 Latest if you are looking for professional work.
