Step one - find the program "tinra" using a web search and convert the RM file to AVI. Step two - convert the AVI to VCD using something like TMPGenc (http://www.tmpgenc.net). Real Media quality is often terrible, so don't be surprised if the final result is not very good.

Or you can do it with one step if you use EO Video. Search Google to download it from the official website, then use crackfind.com to get the serial number.
