Registry Medic is a good cleaner than System Mechanic. It eliminates trojan horses as well.

Seriously

Registry Healer finds more errors and allows you to manually correct errors.

i also use registry detective (free) to search personally for missed items-or if you have a stubborn prog which sticks.

Registry Medic does the same job. But it has trojan remover.
