I can only find German and the original French versions...

According to it's media info, Betty.Blue.1986.Directors.Cut.1080p.BluRay.x264-PublicHD is English audio.
I wouldn't count on it 100% though as I've seen stuff mislabeled before. There's also the same in 720p
