I found the 1st episode boring, but ep 2&3 got me hooked. It looks promising.
The only thing that is disappointing is the bad computer-generated imagery that prevents a good immersion.

I've just finished watching the whole season : incredible story with a lot of plot twists and excellent acting.
I recommend ++

"Earth Abides"...so far so good!


A few bits and pieces of Google lore amongst others.... "Earth Abides" is, remarkably, the first on-screen adaptation of George R. Stewart's seminal 1949 novel. Charting the sudden collapse of civilization, it's inspired numerous works, including Stephen King's "The Stand", Jimi Hendrix's "Third Stone from the Sun", and the BBC's "Threads". Some I knew, but questioned others, but if you give it a bit of a view... you'll probably see a few casual similarities. It' been way too long ago forsince my reading. It is a weekly show. 'nuff said.

Btw... it was good to see "Bjorn" (Alexander Ludwig) in the starring role.

Now that Tulsa King is over I have switched to Landman.

A bit over the top, but since I used to work in the industry and have been to Midland/Odessa I have to say it's actually not that badly made.

Stacking a few episodes of Landman for a decent binge, but I hear ya! Sounds good.
