I believe I am the prototypical American, modern specie.

As to golf, I have swung a club approximately ten times and hit the ball once, driving it about three-hundred and twenty yards through the picture window of my folks' living-room when I was about 16.

There are a great lot of natural-born Americans who haven't the first idea about this country, most of them having led an urban existence which doesn't inform them beyond a rotely progressive ignorance.

If we could forcibly export them, we should, as they are of no use whatsoever to the rest of us.

That is hilarious!! How about i took lessons for a year indoors and finally my golf teacher took me out for my first round and i topped the ball for 9 holes!!!, never got one in the air yet i never missed the target that was 15ft in front of me indoors. Needless to say my golf teacher got a supposed call and had to leave after the nine, but we are to this day (over 20 years), best friends and now i beat him...
The truth, you really can get to know people on the golf course, thinking you are close and with them for at least 4hrs plus, saying that if you ever visit Canada, you can look me up and i will prove it to you. And no worries on the excuse you don't own clubs, i have a few extras for you to use

Seeing this, there is a major amount of Americans that still think all Canadians live in Teepees and Igloos, so i get it, saying that, there is people in every country that choose to live the way they like, so i am not going to bash them if that is what they choose to do. Really living in the 21st century and how they do it is up to them. But my beef would be "DON'T" tell me how i should live or what i eat, as long as i obey the laws of the land, and respect others......

Are you sure that it is Americans causing this issue in your Country?? Or is it from people from other places in the world??
