Seems a change has been made in the last few days putting this back on again, hopefully the count hasn't been raised and we can all get back to happy downloading.

It depends, I think any less then 10 and you are pretty restricted. I would try and get that many up. I can not even get uploading to work either. I was hoping to get a functional account but unless you post a few you are screwed and it is not allowing me to post anything.
