Coming in with the same problem at the moment, was able to download (up to 2 a day as per lvl limitation) and now nothing.
Also reporting this issue. Is it a level of membership? Can anyone confirm?
I think it's a fair rule. But what I wanna know is can a new member donate offline or by sending in an Amaxon gift card instead of using a traceable online payment service.
