Again the Policies have changed since 2009.....When you sign up everyone is a member?? The more posts you do changes your status, you understand that??
If you donate or pay, your status would change to Donator... Did you do that??
If not.....
Read what i posted... You need a few more posts to get the few free NZB's now, i think you have been here long enough, just short posts......
Again log in and log out a few times, clear cookies, etc....
