Hi Mods, I'm still getting this message below. I have cleared my cache, i have signed in and out many times, but I still get the message. Is there anything else I can do to get more than 2 downloads besides donating?

Try deleting cookies (or at least bb_sessionhash and PHPSESSID if it exists) and waiting one more day. If you still don't have your 10 grabs, I'll have a closer look, although in principle you already should

Having to change every account manually would be a nightmare for staff Right now you should have enough for 2 grabs per day unless the Member group is currently restricted (in which case I suggest reaching 20 posts).
