I run Archman linux as my daily driver, but also have win10 and xubuntu on my system as well as a few spare partitions for testing new distros.
I wouldn't say "hardest", but definitely tech-savvy. OpenBSD is my go to OS for everything that is directly connected to the Internet. Gateway at home, work and for various hosting platforms we're managing. Rock solid, little fluff, excellent documentation provided you're willing to dive into it. Not the latest bells and whistles, but that's not what I'm asking of it.
Windows 10 is the best, by far...
Ubuntu is easy to learn (basic use) and you can set it up to trial on a USB stick. Currently using 22.04 which is a long-term support version.
Apparently, those looking for Linux easy mode turn to Manjaro or Pop!_OS these days.
