I wouldn't say "hardest", but definitely tech-savvy. OpenBSD is my go to OS for everything that is directly connected to the Internet. Gateway at home, work and for various hosting platforms we're managing. Rock solid, little fluff, excellent documentation provided you're willing to dive into it. Not the latest bells and whistles, but that's not what I'm asking of it.

BSD is the closest thing to Unix there is, and you know what they say... Unix is very simple, it just takes a genius to understand its simplicity.

Windows 10 is the best, by far...

Ubuntu is easy to learn (basic use) and you can set it up to trial on a USB stick. Currently using 22.04 which is a long-term support version.
