Osama is probably alive and still in Afghanistan. I doubt he is much troubled by his notoriety as he gave up his millionaire lifestyle to fight Russians and infidels a long time ago.
Saddam, on the other hand, used his power to gather riches to himself. I suspect he is rather disgruntled at events as they have turned out.
