In these couple of years, it seems there are a glut of many Private Chinese Trackers, I thought their internet are being "control" by the Communist Party?
So, how can the owners of these Private Trackers circumvent or work around the so call the "Great Wall" of traffic of the Internet going out from China?

"Couple of years"? Most of them have been around for at least a decade, although with different names or addresses in some cases.

Anyway, there are a few technical means (reverse proxies, domain fronting), but the biggest protection comes from being left alone because they're not a huge target on their home country. Although one staff member was arrested last year, and security was tightened all across the Chinese torrent community as a result.
"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
