No, they did not. They re-edited their prior edit for clarity. The webpage in question still contains the same information, which is that while it is not the main path of infection, picking up the virus from a surface and then touching your mouth/nose/eyes is a viable pathway for infection.

Also, meat plants are temperature-controlled, and respiratory viruses (such as COVID-19) survive longer in lower-temperature environments, which is why the flu is more prevalent in winter months.

So wearing a mask or mouth and nose covering or a plastic shield visor and gloves which they wear anyways solves that problem, yes or no??
