Do we have a problem with file availability.....NO....so stop complaining about leechers, its getting quite old

modem connections aren't expected to share
better connections are expected to share

it's your choice if you want to or not, and we all have our reasons....slow computer...low bandwidth...etc.
in the kazaa community its a free world and it should stay that way

A person who shares just helps the community with more available files
I can see complaining if we all are not able to get or find what we want....but we have no problems...the availability is through the roof

Let the leech complaining rest its a lost cause, it shouldn't bother you really, especially if you have a fast connection. If you have a slow connection and it bothers you, then just disable sharing when you don't want to share (for whatever reason)

Hopefully the leechers with good connections will eventually share ....but again ...Lets keep the kazaa community where its currently at: Freedom to choose

What does posting IPs from People sharing Childporn helps ? Nothing ! Does it give you the feeling to have something done against Childporn ? You post IPs from people sharing that shit without date/time etc. ... thats very useless. If you find someone with much of that stuff please make some proof screens etc. note the IP + date / time and report him to the police and don't post it here on the forum.

Posting IP's in general is not a good idea....thats asking for all kinds of trouble, and trouble is something we all don't need

So you let that topic go 14 pages and NOW you say something?

I wonder about you guys sometimes. There is a HUGE difference between people who have child pornography on the HD and people who may or may not be sharing.

I posted those IP's out of frustration, explained myself, and you never said anything, so why now?

Yep, I'll leave it at that, but again, many times people who appear to not be sharing actually are and that would be a completley arbitrary decision to "go after" somebody who may be sharing all along.

If you had such a problem with what I am doing, I wish you would have pm'ed me instead of taking me to task here in the forums VB.

i like the idea.

why don't you start. so 40 % of 4 million users don't share so thats gona be one long bloody list. especially with dynamic ip addies.

so you wanna no problem but lets work it out.

(4,000,000 / 100)* 40 = 1,600,000 so there is that many leechers. now each ip is 15 digits long(with full stops)
so 1,600,000 * 15 = 24,000,000 bytes of info bits of info

24,000,000 /1024 = 23437.5 bytes.

that means the list would be 24 gigs big

you better get going it might take a while.
