Oh incidentally

The disclaimer is absolutely useless unless you force people to either read it or at least acknowledge it.

i.e. they have to go through the disclaimer to get to your site.

As reading it is an option, which few people will take up then it is pointless. You will have to re-write it so that people have to see it. For preference they should have to press a button to acknowledge having read it.

If it&#39;s worth anything anyway.
