Can someone please tell me in basic, easy to understand english what Microsoft Windows XP 6 in 1 is? or The Media Center Edition 5 in 1 is?

it's 6 versions of windows xp in one. the devils own version i have has:

1)primary xp pro ,msdn licence
2) xp pro, devils own
3) xp pro, oem -dell
4) xp pro, oem patched
5) xp home, oem patched
6) xp home, oem untouched

and i think there is a 8 version one out there with sp1 on as well
