Jump Drive Storage Locking Software Help

OK guys I bought a sandisk mini cruzer 256 mb storage jump drive,
nice little device BUT if i looseit anybody has access to what I have init
some of this jumpdrive do come with locking system to protect anybody from having access to it but you self.

my question is there any sofwares outhere or anything the I could do that would allow me to lock this device
and prevent others to access my data..., bank accts, ect.

wat are u putting on there?? p0rn??lol, i wouldnt worry alot bout losing it, but dont keep ALL your important stuff on there just incase...(like putting all ur eggs in one basket)
