(They come from their mother's womb, or if you want more historical detail they come from a guy's sperm swimming their way deep into a woman's, uu, body and then fertalising her egg, the egg then begins to grow into a little tiny baby which slowly get's bigger and bigger until she gives birth to a baby lol

In Australian's cases, this all take's place in a country called 'Aussieland'
