    as far as i know, the typical mouse doesn't even really need specific drivers to work. the manufacturer's drivers are usually just needed to enable extra buttons or the scroll wheel.

    sounds like a broken mouse to me, since the light doesn't even come on.

    dont think so
    he gave it to me because he got some cordless one, so he didn't need this one. and it worked fine for him but i'm seriously considering giving up, its only a mouse...
    ill just go buy a new one, they'r pretty cheap these days
