hi i was downloading a song and when i put my mouse over to see the file extension it said .ogg ive never heard of it before so i cancelled the download is this a real type of file or a hoax file.

you should have the ogg vorbis codec if you have the klite codec pack

I agree but I saw a topic on here about two weeks back that hammered it downyes, its far superior than a mp3 IHO
You might need this for cutting too http://neroplugins.cd-rw.org/ theres also a codec for Windows 9 player if you want it
