    I spend however long I want to spend, don&#39;t know exactly how long though, it depends, but I don&#39;t see the difference to sitting at the PC or sitting in front of the TV, but I think that there is a sort of stigma attached to the PC.

    im 17 at school studying computer maintenence so even when im working im on computers but i also have a job which involves computers im a computer fixer guy in my friends internet cafe

    To many Hours.People watch TV or Play Video Games while at home for Entertainment. All ll do is I download Music and surf Porn.Ohhh and hang out with you Guys.

    I am really starting to think I have a Problem.There was actually a Book out about this I thought I saw.

    On my days off I&#39;m on my pc about 14 hrs a day, days I work about 2 hrs, so it balances out

    That makes sense.

    I use computers a lot during the day as well.

    Be careful with your eyes. Looking at a computer screen stops the blink reflex. That is used to moisten your eyeballs so as it slows down when looking at the screen they get dry. You have probably noticed the result of this.

    Every 15 minutes or so look away from the screen and blink quickly for a few seconds, gets them moistened. Then close your eyes and massage them gently. You will feel the good of it in the short and long term.
