I agree with most of my peers - i've been using Free AVG for ages - all i needed to do was register (no cost) - getting updates regularly - saved me many times - even does e-mail checks.

i had avg but i didnt feel very safe with it ( dunno why ) so i switched to norton 2004 and i like it

avg is very safe, if you need the security of a system hog, then you have done the right thing

AVG is the simpliest antivirus scanner. I love this software.

I tried AVG7 but it hangs once in a while and I found out there's a bug on it. AVG6 or free version is the best.

both are great, I just like the different GUI, but both use the same definitions
