He takes pains to be diplomatic while communicating this.
You are right, and maybe i should work on that....... Or maybe not

I promise as some point to take a hard stance on something in order to prove my mettle.
I am not sure to look forward to that or take a few days off again so Idol can go back to posting Anti Semitic comments like a child, looking for attention

As to her voice, I think she had the same suspicion as Freddie Mercury Bulsara, who refused to fix his teeth.
    Sounds right to me

Also, I think her voice was pretty strong, but Aretha could have put her away pretty easily.
You know that is an interesting comparison, and really should be put into a "FACT" Column J2K4

    Aye agree in all respects.

In that Mercury song I posted when his voices fails ever so slightly, that's where the real depth reveals itself. I have heard that good singers sometimes even allow their voices to crack at points in a song on purpose.
Almost like using the example of a digital/Cd version vs a vinyl lp which is becoming very popular again for music aficionados

The same i will agree with you as long as it can be repeated in a live concert and not just used on a track,......

And don't get me wrong i don't think there will ever be another Freddie Mercury (Farrokh Bulsara) a great loss and may he rest in peace.....

    Here is some comparisons....

    Max Webster vs Bon Jovi??

    Led Zeppelin vs The Who??

    Genesis vs King Crimson??

    Janet Jackson vs Madonna ??

    Taylor Swift vs Lady GaGa

    Drake vs Eminem ??

    Rush vs

I mean the person singing for Mark Wahlberg, Miljenko Matijevic, the lead singer of Steelheart is pretty good but not as good as Steven Tyler.

Being diplomatic means never having to say you're sorry. That's a direct quote from Love Story.
    Never saw that, either.

Sorry with respect, if I continue to disappoint you by my inability to bring your level of seriousness to an internet forum about thievery, shay.

As for why, I think the fact I skipped two grades while in my formative years possibly has something to do with how I interact with people in general and foolish ones in particular.
Your seem to use the excuse of skipping two grades and having to sit in a principals office every day for lunch for fear of getting the shit kicked out of you a popular thing.

The same religion or faith doesn't need to be used to have a humorous post , more of a child crying for attention would be more accurate for that reasoning....

But that is hard for you to comprehend because maybe the 2 grades you skipped actually would have taught you that.....

Again moving forward will show , if you choose a friendship or not, there is no sense going back and forth with garbage, it really is a wast of time....

I have said my piece, if you want to keep it in between your ears great, if not, oh well....

it is all in your hands now Idol.........
    You guys are real throwbacks.

I remember some of MY pissing matches in here...

Someone needs to start a "best vocalist" thread.

I will get a jump by nominating Paul Rodgers, James Dewar, Burton Cummings, and...several others to be named when I have a bit more time.

I don't believe that's possible, and I won't take your word for it.

I watched The Joke a while back to please my wife.

I've never been so sorry in my life.

We'll do abortion and the death penalty all at once, how about that?

Don't Canadians have to default to Max Webster, because of Rush?

I'll go with Webster; I'm torn on any act from New Jersey - Bo Jovi and Springsteen have both pissed me off with their politics...

I honestly have a hard time comparing some (not all) of those. I even tried Googling " bands similar to Max Webster" and nothing that came up seemed that close to me. Therefore I'll just say who I like better.

Max Webster. I like some of Bon Jovi's music but it is a lot more generic than Webster's
Led Zeppelin I love The Who but Zeppelin, The Beatles and The Rolling Stones in that order.
Genesis v King Crimson is a good one. Pre Peter Gabriel leaving the band Genesis. Post Peter Gabriel leaving the band King Crimson.
Jackson vs Madonna. I shall pass as either's main talent had anything to do with music.
Swift v GaGa. Both are only interested in maxing income so again, pass. Taylor is the better song writer though while GaGa is the better singer.
Rush vs Yes or Emerson, Lake and Palmer maybe? Anyway Rush until you can come up with a better Progressive/hard rock band with questionable vocals.

I liked "Red Barchetta" a lot when I was younger as it really seemed to tell a story I wanted at that time to hear.

I don't know what that is but it sounds subversive, commie.

Btw and this is maybe a totally true story, Shay describes me to his friends as "You know Joe Pesci's character in Goodfellas? He's like that only less reasonable".

Top singers minus the most obvious Ian Gillan and David Coverdale both at one time with Deep Purple, Chris Cornell and Eddie Vetter both at one time with Temple of the Dog. Vetter is a bit like Johnny Cash in that he's a really great singer without being a great singer.
