For christmas, I would like to buy some Reggae for my 12-year-old cousin, but I know nothing about Raggae... so, that's why I've come to you.

Could you reccomend some Raggae that a 12-year-old could enjoy, and the mother not be concerned about?

Thanks.

i consider it reggae........... so theyre not from jamaica, who gives a shit........

an if ur lookin 4 "clean" music UB40 is prolly da best choice...........

else try 2 get clean versions of:
Sizzla
Spragga Benz
Buju Banton

an of course da king of reggae; Bob Marley (which is also real cheap, get an orriginal CD in da store 4 3 euro's )

if u dun mind some more danceable music:

Sean Paul
Bennie Man
Elephant Man
T.O.K. (they rule )
great FTP site for awesome quality video clips
yeah, you have to sign up, but its worth it

Yes, I'm afraid it's actually reggae.
So were The Police BTW - well, 70s-rock-tinged reggae, but certainly a reggae beat/guitar.

Inoffensive reggae?
Bob Marley
Jimmy Cliff
Desmond Dekker
Steel Pulse

...yeah, stick to the classic stuff and they'll appreciate it's heritage.

Of course, once they've got the grounding in ol' reggae they'll be after ska so start looking around for it now in time for next Christmas!
if your font size is this small i'll add you to my ignore list because you're wasting my time, OK?
