There's been a bit of tension here lately it appear's, and it's not been helping some thread's because it's introduced a negative element to them, so I thought that this might be a good idea to try and keep any problem's anyone has in one place and hopefully it'll be used to sort the problem's out sensibly rather than just used to have a sensless go at someone.
If you have something you want to get off your chest, be it someone's posted something that has upset or offended you or anything along those lines and you aren't willing to sort it out through PM (I recommend trying to do that first as it's the best option!, then post here but plz keep it calm and to the point instead of just laying into someone without using any constructive critisism and without any real point to it.
Remember - Privately trying to sort something out via PM is the best option for all concerned, it will help prevent other's from trying to get involved and possibly making it harder and also will help keep all the thread's on a more positive note.
If you post in this thread then understand that others may try to help by posting ideas or suggestions that they believe may help all parties involved, so plz don't just tell someone to butt-out and instead kindly ask them to let you and all involved to deal with it between yourselves.
If the mods feel this thread may cause more problem's than it solves then plz feel free to close or delete it, though i'd be grateful if I was informed of the action taken on it.
