I Got A Working Xp Finally

for some reason whenever i scroll in any window of any program, even explorer... or drag any window, it becomes VERY choppy.... my computer has no other slowdowns..... and this occurs weather every piece of xp eye candy is on or none of its on.... it never did this when i had xp home.... could someone have a suguestion of how to fix this?

no, i reformated the whole drive

You need to update your motherboard and graphics card drivers, and directx.

isn't there a smooth scrolling option that can be turned on and off. not sure if it has anything to do with that
